Entry procedure

MARC - Members can use their entry pass to gain access. This is used for contact tracing.
Huntingtower - Swimmers can enter the building approximately 10 minutes before their class.

Coaches will be tracking attendance at both pools.

Spectators

MARC: Parent/guardian can enter however spectators must keep well away from coaches and students and not stand on the pool concourse.
Huntingtower: Spectators are not currently permitted in the aquatic centre (including in the foyer)

Pick up procedure

Please be ready to pick up your children after their session at the same location they entered the pool.

Change rooms

MARC: Swimmers may use the change rooms but there are limits on how many people may use them. We recommend avoiding the change rooms where possible.
Huntingtower: Swimmers can only use the toilet (change rooms not available)

Social distancing

Social distancing should be practiced where practical to do so.

And, importantly, if swimmers are unwell, they must not attend classes.

We expect some of these procedures will be temporary as restrictions ease and facility processes are refined. We will keep you updated of any changes.
