MARC entry pass application

Swimmers attending classes at the Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre (MARC) need to apply for an entry pass to access the facility. Entry passes allow swimmers to enter the aquatic facilities at class times and also after 4pm on weekdays and all day on weekends.

To apply for an entry pass, please follow the steps below.

Note: For lost cards, please go to the MARC reception to request a new one (a $5 replacement fee applies).

 

How to apply for an entry pass


Step 1 - Create an account/profile with the MARC
(Note: Swimmers previously enrolled in Minky’s Swim School will already have an account)

  • Go to the Active Monash Client Portal

  • Select ‘Let’s get started’

  • Choose Monash Aquatic & Recreation Centre as home club location

  • Select ‘Create free account’, then ‘Next’

  • With ‘Memberships’ selected, select ‘Create free account’, then ‘Next’

  • Fill in the swimmer’s details, emergency contact details, create a password and agree to terms and conditions

  • Select ‘Create account’


Step 2 - Notify Tateswim
Please notify Tateswim when step 1 has been completed so we can advise the MARC to prepare your entry pass.


Step 3 - Pick up the entry pass from the MARC
Entry passes are usually ready to be picked up from the MARC reception within 1-2 business days after they have been advised by Tateswim.
