Tateswim believes in keeping swimming fresh and exciting, so we have created a program consisting of a great range of specialty classes to complement the traditional training. With many different styles ranging from Surf-swim to Team-swim, there is something for everyone. Click here to check out all the classes.
Dryland training forms a significant part of the overall training program for each squad. Training may take place in the exercise studios at the MARC, the MARC GYM, by the 50m outdoor pool or off campus at a local park.
All swimmers in the Performance Program are required to join the M1 Swimming Club. Coaches will recommend suitable swim meets for each squad level and will specify the targeted meets. Swimmers can choose how regularly they wish to participate in swim meets. Click here for more information.
Throughout the year, swimmers will have the opportunity to take part in various social events. This may include swimming camps, movie days, open water swimming, bike rides and squad dinners. Click here for events.
