About Us
Established in 1991, Tateswim is a private swimming training organsiation managed by the Tate Family. Our programs have been operating at the Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre since the centre opened in 2001.
The Tateswim Team
Bev Tate (Director):
Bev has over 30 years of experience coaching and managing swimming programs for beginners through to National and Masters level. Bev is the Junior Program Coordinator.
Mark Tate (Director):
Mark, who participated at the Sydney Olympic Swimming Trials and various international events, has coached Junior through to National level for over 10 years. Mark is the Managing Director and Head coach of Tateswim.
Greg Tate (Director):
Greg, who has an Australian Age swimming Title, has over 15 years of experience in coaching and managing programs. Greg established the programs at the MARC and is the strategic and financial director of Tateswim. Greg also revived the Waverley Swimming Club in 2002, renaming it M1 Swimming Club.
Emily Tate:
Emily is the Tateswim Business Manager and provides administration support for the Tateswim program.
